Careers by Colour career guidance centres offer an inspiring space to thousands of young people and offer them the personal assessment tools to understand their abilities, interests, skills and goals. The career guidance process is simple but impactful and results-driven and involves career assessment, exploration, research, guidance, counselling and career path identification and development.
Careers by Colour career centre staff are professional, capacitated, passionate and committed to provide the South African youth with the key building blocks for effective career guidance and the development of employability skills, entrepreneurship and personal development.
Careers by Colour has over the years applied the Careers by Colour model with great success in the seven career guidance centres developed in five provinces across South Africa.
The company also offers dedicated portable career guidance options for company specific applications. A portable system was, for example, developed for the TDM Powered Skills Development Programme of the National Technologies Implementation Platform (NTIP) for student recruitment.
